• Available with 11 treads (Standard Kit) - suitable for a floor to floor height up to 2760mm.
• N.B. The Rome stair kit can achieve lower floor heights by simply using less than the standard 11 treads that you are supplied with.
• It can also achieve higher floor heights up to 3450mm with the use of additional tread kits.
• Each Individual Rise is adjustable between 185mm to 230mm allowing you to achieve the staircase height you require.
• Requires a minimum ceiling opening size 1400mm x 690mm (Standard Kit).
• Flexible design allows for a straight flight installation or the Rome can incorporate turns at the top and bottom of angles up to 90 degrees to suit your application (See Rome Spec Sheet for examples).
• Unit has varnished beech veneered multiplex treads with steel supporting elements which are powder coated in a light grey colour (RAL9006).
• The banister supplied is made up of 25mm steel balusters, 3mm steel wire and 40mm beech handrail sections (can be fitted to either the left or right).
