• N.B. The Graz stair kit can achieve lower floor heights by simply using less than the standard 12 treads that you are supplied with.
• Each Individual Rise is adjustable between 185mm to 225mm allowing you to achieve the staircase height you require.
• Requires a minimum ceiling opening size 1400mm x 660mm (Straight Flight option).
• Ingenious design allows for a straight flight installation or the Graz can incorporate turns at the top and bottom of angles up to 90 degrees to suit your application.
• Unit has varnished beech multiplex treads with steel supports and a tubular balustrade which is epoxy coated in a dark grey colour (RAL9007).
• Tubular balustrade supplied can be fitted to either the left or right of the Stair.
• Comes with fully illustrated assembly instructions.
• Delivered on a Pallet - 1 package measuring 1180 x 760 x 360mm and weighing 112 kg.
